Have ordered customized computer table. Company owner said that he will deliver in two days. However, he took two weeks, that too because I have chased him.
And, the making quality is worst. The holes in the wooden sheets for bolts are not aligning with the frame. One of the holes in the frame is bigger than the bolt. It was very tough to fit the sheets with the frames. Also, in the backside sheet, top right small screw, top left big bolt, bottom right big bolt, bottom left small screw to fix the wooden sheet. I didn't see anywhere like this type of carpentering work. While trying to reach them, no answer for long time, almost 23 days. Then the owner answered and agreed to replace the sheets. Almost he took 80 days to deliver the sheets. He agreed that he will book a carpenter to fix the sheets, it's almost 18 days over after I received the sheets, no carpenter has come to fix it. I am calling the owner, he is not at all picking the phone calls for almost 3 months period.
So, poor customer service, poor product making quality, giving fake promises, no timely delivery.

Writing this after after 1.5 years. Wooden stand comes with imported tanks are not reliable at all and deteriorated so fast that the cabin doors comes off (Manufactured Wood). I always feel anxious whenever my kids play near it. Now after buying this I am totally stress free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for strong aquarium stand.

The Pink colour bunk bed customized with slide - The bunk bed is too good. It was very neatly packed with all necessary nuts and bolts. It was also easy to assemble it. The one and only problem is too late delivery. It took one month for us to receive the product. But worthy. Thank you
