After sales service is totally worst.. False claims of 2 yrs replacement warranty

This seller is kind of an average seller. He is a genuine seller, but in short, his after-sales service is not good. He claimed that he provides two years of warranty on his products. I recently ordered an iron stand for my aquarium. The bottom supporters were missing, and there were multiple spots where the paint had come off. The cardboard packaging was slightly damaged too.

I reached out to him, asking for a solution for both the missing plastic supporters and the paint issues. After I messaged him, there was no response for two to three days. After multiple follow-ups, he finally replied, saying he would send the plastic supporters. But by then, I had already bought and installed them myself. For the paint issues, even after repeated messages, I received no response. So, the after-sales service is not good. Do not expect proper after-sales support.

The product itself is good, and he did fulfill the initial commitment. But there was also an issue with delivery timing. He promised delivery by next Sunday, but it actually took 12 to 13 days. He said he would dispatch in three days but dispatched after about a week.

In short, you can go for the product, but do not expect good after-sales service because it is extremely poor. Thank you.
