I am using the same for last 3 months. Good quality product. But this product is good enough and don't have that kind of issues. You can't call it as a book shelf, so happy.It has really helped my to arrange my books...Easy to take out books also..Looks neat and does it's job up to the mark!!!thnk u

I needed the thing to keep my heavy engineering books on one shelf and all my novels on the second one I'll say that the shelf in itself made out of good sturdy material and as soon as you drill it in the wall it is a part of the wall . But the reason giving this product a star less is because on the description images they show big bulky books easily fit but in actuality the Width could have used an inch more so to be a perfect 5 star product. So I have yet not installed it don't know what to do
