Cooking And Caring For Your Sparkenzy Seasoned Cast Iron

Wash cast iron by hand with mild soap or none at all

Dry promptly and thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel

Rub with a very light layer of vegetable oil, preferably while the cookware is still warm

Apply oil and Hang or store cookware in a dry place.

Not recommended to soap wash every time. Just water wash enough for cleaning. If required use any mild detergent.

It has been more than 2 years since I was promised replacement. Rating less for no prompt action

It has been more than 2 years since I was promised replacement for the paniyaram 12 pit pan which I was promised would be sent. I was told once its in stock it would be sent and till now I have not been contacted for the same. Order no 2223
